Drink the Change is a dedicated to sparking climate awareness and conservation in the bar community and beyond.
As a collective within the bar community – bartenders, restaurant staff, guests, owners, spirits producers, distributors, nonprofits – together with scientists and as activists, we have a stake in the future of our world, a right and responsibility to act.
Every cocktail we drink is made from ingredients grown in the soil, watered from the sky, collected, cooked and crafted by humans. They are on pace for a dramatic change.
We are using cocktails to take a heavy topic and make it palatable to further understand and discuss climate change. Our aim is to explore climate impacts on agriculture, nature, and humans, and to turn that understanding into action.
